Valve Making a 10th Team Fortress 2 Class?

In the recently released Left 4 Dead demo, there is a cereal box on a table. There's an advertisement on it that reads "FREE INSIDE ONE 6" Action Figure COLLECT ALL 10!" It's very strange because there are only nine classes in Team Fortress 2! This has been discussed in many game forums. Is Valve hinting at a 10th class or is this just an honest mistake by Valve?
