Bad news for those that were waiting on for Battlefield Heroes, the "free to play" shooter developed by DICE. It was announced that the game will be delayed until 2009.

It has been reported that Games for Windows Live has been redesigned and will digitally distribute full games in the near future. It will work similarly to Valve's digital distribution, Steam. There will be a friends list, chatting, gamer profile, and achievements. In addition, downloadable content (DLC) for many PC games will only be available for purchase in the Marketplace. Fallout 3 is one of them.

This device will be bundled with Animal Crossing City Folk for a price of $69.99 and will be released on November 16th. If you want to buy it separately, it will be $29.99.
